Are you a licensed company?

Yes, we are a licenced company.

Do I have to be a member to use your service?

You do not have to be a member to use our services. For booking, simply call us, book online on our website or use our app.

Are your prices per car or per person?

Our current prices are per car not per person.

Do you provide baby car seats?

We do not provide baby car seats. Please bring your own if you want to travel with children that require a child seat.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?

After arriving at the address/location given upon booking, the driver will initiate a call to locate the customer if the waiting time exceeds three minutes.

What if a flight is delayed or early?

For airport bookings, in the case of an early flight customers are kindly asked to wait until the driver arrives at the time arranged upon booking.

When flights are delayed, our drivers are instructed to wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. After which, a new booking will be required.

Where will I meet your driver at the airport?

The driver will meet you at the address/location given to us upon booking.

Can I pay the driver cash?

Yes.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes.

Can I make a booking on the phone?

Yes.

I have completed a booking form; will I receive an email confirmation?

A booking confirmation email will be sent upon successfully completing the booking order form. If you do not receive the confirmation please check your email spam folder, and if it isn’t in there please call us.

How early do I need to book my car?

At your own convenience, feel free to contact us at any time to arrange your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations are allowed. Please call the office if a cancellation is required.

If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking and will I get a refund?

We offer a full refund for any cancellation if paid by credit card.

However, please allow plenty of time as you may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel a trip after you are matched with a driver. These fees pay our driver-partners for the time and effort they spend getting to your location.

Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuity is not included in the price.

How does your membership discount work?

To all students and key workers, a discount of 10% per booking will be offered. Student/key workers’ ID will have to be shown to the driver.

Do I need to wear a face mask?

Yes unless you’re are exempt.

Do all your cars have a protective screen?

Yes.

Do all your cars have cctv cameras?

Yes for both you and our drivers protection.
